HomeServicesSoftwareDashboards

Every number you check, together.

We build dashboards that pull live data from your shop, CRM, ad accounts and finance tools. Your team sees the same figures, updated without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.

  • No more manual exports
  • Shared team figures
  • Weekly AI summaries

Hourly sync

Most teams spend hours each week copying figures between exports and still argue over which number is right. We agree how each metric is calculated, connect the sources directly, and build one dashboard everyone trusts.

What goes on the screen.

Each dashboard is designed around the decisions your team makes, with only the figures that help make them.

Connected data sources

Shopify, Stripe, Xero, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta and Google Ads feed in through their APIs, alongside any spreadsheets you still rely on.

Agreed metric definitions

We write down how revenue, margin, conversion rate and customer value are calculated, so the dashboard and your accounts tell the same story.

Filters and drill-downs

Slice by date, channel, product, location or team member, then click from a total through to the orders or leads behind it.

Role-based views

Directors, marketers and managers each see the figures relevant to them, with sensitive data such as payroll kept to the right people.

Scheduled reports

A PDF or email summary lands in inboxes or a Slack channel each Monday, so people see the numbers without logging in.

Alerts on changes

Set thresholds for stock, ad spend or failed payments, and get a message when something moves outside its normal range.

Done properly.

The details that decide whether dashboards pays off.

Clean data before any charts.

We connect each source, check the data for gaps and duplicates, and store it in a PostgreSQL database built for reporting. Charts then read from one tidy copy, so figures stay consistent and pages load quickly.

Nightly data sync

TriggerScheduled sync starts
TaskPull orders and ad spend
ReviewCheck for missing data
ReportDashboard refreshed

A written summary beside the charts.

Each week, AI reads the dashboard and writes a short summary in plain English of what changed and where to look. Someone on your team can edit it before it goes out, and it only sees the data you choose.

Weekly summary

Example

Sales were steady this week, with more orders from returning customers. Paid social spend rose while enquiries held level, so cost per lead went up. Worth reviewing the newest ad sets before Friday.

Example project

An online retailer that needs one view of profit

A growing e-commerce brand checks Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Xero separately every Monday. Each report tells a different story, and nobody is sure which products make money after ad spend.

What we would do

  • Agree how profit per product is calculated
  • Connect Shopify, both ad accounts and Xero
  • Design a Monday view for the founders
  • Add alerts for low stock and overspend

An illustration of how we would approach it, not a client result.

What you would get

  • A live profit dashboard
  • Clear notes on every metric
  • A weekly email and Slack summary
  • Alerts when figures move unexpectedly

Questions, answered.

Why not use Looker Studio or Power BI?

Those tools work well for many teams, and we can build in them if they suit you. A custom dashboard makes sense when you need data they cannot reach easily, custom logic or a view inside your own software.

Which tools can you pull data from?

Most tools with an API, including Shopify, Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta and Google Ads. Spreadsheets and CSV exports can be included too while you move away from them.

How often does the data update?

It depends on the source and what you need. Some data can refresh every few minutes and some once a day, and we agree the right timing for each source during planning.

How much does a dashboard cost?

It is quoted after a short call, with a fixed price agreed before we start. Hosting, data updates and changes after launch can run on a fixed monthly fee.
