Be known before the pitch.

We run your LinkedIn company page and help founders and senior people post from their own profiles, so buyers, partners and future hires know who you are before you meet.

  • Founder posts ghostwritten
  • A credible company page
  • Ideas worth sharing

From call to post

ReportConversations and leads noted

Many buyers check LinkedIn before they reply, and a quiet company page or empty founder profile raises doubts. We interview your leaders, turn their thinking into posts in their own voice, and keep the company page active.

Your page and your leaders.

People follow people on LinkedIn, so we run your company page and leaders' profiles as one joined-up plan.

Company page posts

Updates on work, hires, events and ideas, written for decision makers and designed to look sharp in the feed.

Founder ghostwriting

We interview founders and leaders each month and write posts from their notes, opinions and stories, which they edit and approve.

Document posts

Short PDF guides, frameworks and checklists that people swipe through in the feed and save for later.

LinkedIn newsletters

A regular newsletter from your page or a leader's profile, where subscribers get notified each time a new edition goes out.

Profile optimisation

Headlines, about sections, featured links and banners for your leaders, so a profile visit leads somewhere useful.

Thought Leader Ads

Strong posts from your leaders can be promoted to chosen audiences as Thought Leader Ads, run with our paid ads team.

Done properly.

The details that decide whether LinkedIn pays off.

Their voice, written down well.

Ghostwriting works when it sounds like the person. We record a short monthly call, pull out their opinions and stories, and draft posts they can edit. Nothing is posted under their name without their approval.

Call notes

Example

Three post ideas stand out from this month's call. A lesson from a project that nearly went wrong, a view on hiring juniors, and a simple pricing framework that would work as a document post.

Checked by a person before it goes out

A company page with substance.

Your page is where buyers and candidates check you out. We post work updates, team news, useful document posts and newsletter editions, and encourage your team to share the ones that matter to them.

How it works.

Clear steps, and you approve each one before we move on.

  1. 01

    Interview

A short monthly call captures each leader's ideas, stories and opinions.

  2. 02

    Draft

We write posts, document posts and newsletters in each person's own voice.

  3. 03

    Approve

Every draft is edited and approved by the person it represents.

  4. 04

    Publish

We schedule posts, track comments and suggest which posts to promote.

Example project

An engineering consultancy aiming for larger contracts

An engineering consultancy relies on referrals and wants to bid for larger projects. Its company page posts rarely, and its directors have expertise to share but no time to write.

What we would do

  • Interview the directors monthly for post ideas
  • Turn project lessons into document posts
  • Launch a monthly newsletter from the company page
  • Refresh director profiles with clear headlines and links

An illustration of how we would approach it, not a client result.

What you would get

  • Ghostwritten posts approved by each director
  • A steady company page calendar
  • Newsletter editions written and scheduled
  • Suggestions for Thought Leader Ads

Questions, answered.

Is it honest to ghostwrite LinkedIn posts?

We think so, when the ideas, opinions and stories are genuinely yours. We capture them in conversation and write them up, and you edit and approve every post before it goes out.

Do you need our LinkedIn passwords?

No. For the company page we ask to be added as a page admin. For personal profiles, you either post the approved drafts yourself or connect an approved scheduling tool.

What are Thought Leader Ads?

They let you promote a post from a person's profile, such as your founder, as an ad to a chosen audience. They often feel more personal than company page ads, and our paid team can run them.

How much does LinkedIn management cost?

It is a fixed monthly fee, based on how many profiles we write for and whether a newsletter is included. We agree it after a short call, before any writing starts.
