Every action, the right email.

We plan, write and build the automated flows behind your repeat sales in Klaviyo or Mailchimp. Each one reacts to what a subscriber does and stops the moment they buy.

Many stores run a single welcome email and a basic cart reminder, then leave the rest of the customer lifecycle to chance. We map every stage from first sign-up to lapsed customer and build a flow that fits each one.

The flows we build.

A full set of automations covering sign-up, browsing, checkout, delivery and repeat purchase, each built with filters, splits and exits.

Welcome series

A short series that introduces your brand, delivers any sign-up offer and splits by whether the subscriber has already bought.

Browse abandonment

Triggered by Viewed Product in Klaviyo, it shows the item someone looked at with reviews and similar products, without a discount by default.

Cart and checkout recovery

Separate flows for Added to Cart and Started Checkout, with dynamic product blocks, timing tuned to your buying cycle and optional SMS.

Post-purchase flows

Different messages for first and repeat buyers, covering what to expect, product care, review requests through Judge.me, Okendo or Reviews.io, and cross-sells.

Replenishment and restock

Reminders timed to when a product usually runs out, plus back-in-stock and price-drop alerts for people waiting on an item.

Win-back and sunset

Win-back emails use expected date of next order to reach lapsing customers. A sunset flow then suppresses long-term non-engagers to protect deliverability.

Done properly.

The details that decide whether automations pays off.

Logic that keeps every flow relevant.

Flow filters, trigger splits and conditional splits decide who gets each email, based on what people have bought, browsed or clicked. Smart Sending and exit conditions stop people receiving emails too close together, or a reminder after they have bought.

Tested on every path before launch.

We send test profiles down every branch of each flow, check dynamic content, discount codes and timing, and preview on mobile and in dark mode. Our AI assistant flags broken links and gaps, and a person signs off each flow before it goes live.

Flow QA summary

Example

Abandoned checkout flow checked on all three branches. One product block shows a sold-out item, so we have added an in-stock filter. Unique discount codes sync with Shopify. Ready for sign-off.

How it works.

Clear steps, and you approve each one before we move on.

  1. 01

    Audit

We review your existing flows, data and Shopify integration for gaps.

  2. 02

    Map

We plan each flow's trigger, filters, splits, timing and exit conditions.

  3. 03

    Build

We write, design and build every email, then test each branch.

  4. 04

    Optimise

We A/B test subject lines, content and timing inside each flow.

Example project

An online tea company with few repeat orders

An online loose-leaf tea company has a welcome email and a basic cart reminder. Most customers buy once, finish their tea a few weeks later and hear nothing from the brand.

What we would do

  • Rebuild the welcome series with brewing guides and story
  • Add replenishment reminders timed to pouch size
  • Split post-purchase emails by first and repeat buyers
  • Offer a subscription to customers who reorder

An illustration of how we would approach it, not a client result.

What you would get

  • Full flow map with triggers and timing
  • Welcome, replenishment and post-purchase flows
  • Branch-by-branch test notes
  • A/B tests running inside key flows

Questions, answered.

Which automations should we build first?

Usually welcome, abandoned checkout, abandoned cart, browse abandonment and post-purchase, because they reach people at the moments of highest intent. Replenishment, back in stock and win-back follow once those are working well.

Should every abandoned cart email include a discount?

We avoid it by default, because regular buyers soon learn to wait for a code. We may add an offer to a later email for first-time shoppers, and test whether it earns its cost.

Can you add SMS to our flows?

Yes. Klaviyo runs SMS inside the same flows, so a text can follow an unopened email in abandoned checkout. We only text people who have given SMS consent, and every message includes a way to opt out.

Will you rebuild flows we already have?

We audit them first and keep anything that is working. Flows with broken logic, outdated design or missing branches are rebuilt alongside the originals, then switched over once tested, so nothing stops sending.
