Cards worth handing over.

We design business cards, letterheads, compliment slips and email signatures that match your brand. We help you choose stock and finish, and set up every file for print.

  • Matched to your brand
  • Stock and finish advice
  • Print-ready files

Card proof note

Example

Printer proof checked for the new business cards. The foil layer lines up with the artwork and all text sits inside the safe area. The phone number is close to the trim, so we suggest moving it inwards.

Checked by a person before it goes out

Business cards and letterheads are often reprinted from old files, with outdated details and colours that no longer match. We redesign the set together, so every card, letter and signature looks like the same business.

The full stationery set.

Every piece shares the same layout rules, so your printed and digital correspondence looks consistent.

Business cards

Single or double-sided cards with names, roles and contact details laid out clearly, with a version for each person on your team.

Letterheads

Letterheads designed for print and as Word or Google Docs templates, so letters typed in the office still look right.

Compliment slips

DL compliment slips for orders, samples and quick notes, matched to your letterhead.

Email signatures

HTML email signatures with your logo, details and links, tested in Gmail and Outlook.

Stock and finish

Advice on paper weight, texture and finishes such as soft-touch lamination, spot UV, foil and coloured edges.

Print-ready files

Files set up with bleed, crop marks and separate layers for foil or spot UV, exactly as your printer asks.

Done properly.

The details that decide whether business cards and stationery pays off.

A finish that suits the brand.

The right stock and finish can make a simple card feel considered. We talk you through the options and set up the separate artwork layers that foil and spot UV need.

Every name, every role, one template.

When your team grows, new cards should match the old ones. We build a master template and prepare each person's card from it, checking names, titles and numbers before print.

Example project

An accountancy firm with mismatched stationery

The firm's cards, letterheads and email signatures come from different years and no longer match. A new partner is joining, and the firm wants one consistent set for the whole team.

What we would do

  • Collect current files and team details
  • Design one card, letterhead and slip set
  • Build a Word letterhead and HTML signatures
  • Arrange printing once proofs are approved

An illustration of how we would approach it, not a client result.

What you would get

  • Business cards for each person
  • Letterhead and compliment slip artwork
  • A Word letterhead template
  • Email signatures for the team

Questions, answered.

Can you add new team members later?

Yes. We keep the master template, so a new card can be set up quickly with the same layout, stock and finish as the rest of the team.

Which finish should we choose?

It depends on your brand and budget. Uncoated stock feels natural and is easy to write on, soft-touch lamination feels smooth and premium, and foil or spot UV adds detail. We can show you examples before you decide.

Will the email signature work in Outlook?

We build signatures in HTML and test them in the common email apps, including Outlook and Gmail. We also give you simple instructions for adding them to each account.

How much does stationery design cost?

Stationery design is quoted after a short call, with a fixed price agreed before we start. Print costs depend on quantity, stock and finish, and we quote them with the design.
