Polished brand footage can feel like an advert, and finding reliable creators takes time most teams do not have. We handle sourcing, briefs, contracts and edits, so you get natural creator videos without managing anyone.

Casting, briefs and final cuts.

We run every step of a creator project, so the videos feel genuine and the paperwork is in order.

Creator sourcing

We shortlist creators whose audience, look and delivery suit your product, using platforms such as TikTok Creator Marketplace, and you approve each one.

Talking-point briefs

Creators get key points, must-say details and shot ideas, then explain your product in their own words so it sounds natural.

Native UGC formats

Unboxings, first impressions, honest reviews, how-tos, problem and fix, and day-in-the-life videos, chosen to match where the content will run.

Usage rights agreed

We agree how long and in which channels each video can be used, including paid ads, before filming starts.

Partnership ads

With the creator's permission, ads can run from their handle as Meta partnership ads or TikTok Spark Ads, clearly labelled as paid.

Raw clips, edited properly

We cut raw creator clips into tight edits with hooks, captions and product shots, sized for each platform.

Done properly.

The details that decide whether UGC-style content pays off.

Honest content, properly labelled.

UGC works because it feels like a real opinion, so it has to be one. Creators use the product before filming, say what they genuinely think, and any paid post carries a clear #ad label in line with ASA guidance.

Many hooks from one creator.

We ask creators to film several openings and a few takes of key lines. AI transcribes the raw clips and flags strong moments, then an editor builds hook variations from the best of them.

How it works.

Clear steps, and you approve each one before we move on.

  1. 01

    Cast

We shortlist creators who suit your product and you approve each one.

  2. 02

    Brief

Creators receive the product, key points, shot ideas and the usage agreement.

  3. 03

They film on their phones at home, and we give feedback on early takes.

  4. 04

    Edit

We cut organic posts and ad variations, sized and captioned for each platform.

Example project

A new haircare brand needing trustworthy product videos

A new haircare brand sells online and has studio photos but no video of real people using the products. Its paid social ads feel corporate, and shoppers ask how the products work on different hair types.

What we would do

  • Cast creators with a range of hair types
  • Brief routines, first impressions and honest reviews
  • Agree paid usage and partnership ad access
  • Edit hook variations for Meta and TikTok

An illustration of how we would approach it, not a client result.

What you would get

  • Creator videos across several hair types
  • Ad-ready edits with captions
  • Signed usage rights for each creator
  • Raw clips for future edits

Questions, answered.

What is the difference between UGC and influencer marketing?

Influencer marketing pays for access to a creator's audience. UGC pays for the content itself, which you then post on your own channels or run as ads, whether or not the creator shares it.

Do creators have to use our product for real?

Yes. Creators receive the product before filming and give their honest view. Presenting a scripted opinion as a genuine review would mislead viewers and breach the CAP Code, so we never do it.

Who owns the UGC videos?

Usage terms are agreed with each creator before filming, covering channels, paid ads and how long you can use the content. Longer or wider rights can be negotiated upfront if you need them.

How much does UGC content cost?

Each project is quoted after a short call, with a fixed price agreed before we start. The price depends on the number of creators, videos and the usage rights you need.
