Every review, handled well.

We make it easy for every customer to leave a Google review, then reply to each one in your voice. AI drafts the replies, and a person checks them first.

AI reply draft

Example

Thank you for the kind words. We are glad the new boiler is keeping the house warm, and we will pass your thanks on to the team. If anything needs a check before winter, you know where we are.

Checked by a person before it goes out

Happy customers rarely think to leave a review, while unanswered complaints sit on your profile for everyone to read. We ask every customer the same simple way and reply to every review, positive or negative, with care and within Google's rules.

Reviews, from ask to answer.

We build a simple, compliant review routine that fits how you already work with customers.

Links and QR codes

We create your direct Google review link and QR codes for receipts, invoices, counters and vans, so leaving a review takes seconds.

Request messages

We write short review requests for email or SMS, sent after each job or order through the tools you already use.

Replies to every review

We reply to each review in your tone, thanking people specifically and answering complaints calmly. AI drafts each reply and a person checks it first.

Negative review alerts

We alert you to critical reviews quickly, agree the right response together and move the conversation offline where it can be resolved.

Policy-breaking reviews

We flag reviews that break Google's policies, such as spam, conflicts of interest or offensive content, through Google's official reporting tools. Google decides on removal.

Review insights

We group what customers praise and complain about, so you can see recurring themes and fix the issues behind them.

Asking everyone, the right way.

Google does not allow incentives, review gating or fake reviews, and UK consumer law now bans fake reviews too. We ask every customer the same way, so your reviews stay genuine and trusted.

Example project

A garage wanting more reviews after each service

An independent garage does good work, but few customers leave reviews. Its newest reviews include an unanswered complaint, and staff have been unsure how to ask without seeming pushy.

What we would do

  • Add a review QR code to invoices
  • Send a short SMS after each collection
  • Reply calmly to the complaint and offer a call
  • Give staff a simple way to ask in person

An illustration of how we would approach it, not a client result.

What you would get

  • A review link and QR codes
  • Request messages for SMS and email
  • Replies to every review
  • A monthly review themes summary

Questions, answered.

Can we offer a discount for reviews?

No. Google does not allow incentives for reviews, and UK consumer law bans incentivised reviews that are not disclosed. We help you ask every customer in a simple, consistent way instead.

Can you remove bad reviews?

We can only ask Google to remove reviews that break its policies, such as spam or reviews from people who were never customers. Google decides. For genuine negative reviews, a calm, helpful reply is the best response.

Is it OK to only ask happy customers?

No. Asking only customers you expect to be happy is called review gating, and Google's policies do not allow it. We send the same request to everyone, which keeps your reviews genuine.

How much does review management cost?

Review management runs on a fixed monthly fee, based on how many reviews you receive and how many locations we look after. Setting up links, QR codes and request messages is quoted after a short call, with a fixed price agreed before we start.

Let every review count.
